How do I know if I need a new roof?

How much is a new roof?

It all depends on your insurance plan. In most cases, the only cost to you is your deductible. After you pay the insurance deductible, your insurance company covers the cost for essential labor and materials to replace your roof.

The insurance company will send you two separate checks. The first check is to buy all the materials and booking the labor crews. The second check goes to paying the labor and any additional supplemental charges.
